Kinda like years ago, my wife was on her way home from picking up our 3 yr old son and looked back to see the lights flashing. My son asked here what was it and she replied she would get a ticket and have to give the guy a lot of money.
When the cop comes up to the window, my son looked over at his mother and quietly asked, "Mommy, does this mean we want have any money for Christmas presents?"
That hard-hearted cop gave her a ticket anyway! (Yes, there was still money for Christmas, but HE DIDN"T KNOW THAT!

While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation. They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity". After a few paragraphs I usually close the book and go back to banging out dents.
