I understand. But I would like to help.Because there are other things that can eat up money. Gas,meals,parking and a bunch of other cost.
I don't see how the owners could break a contract.Last I heard the guy that did it down here.Paid around ten thousand to get his butt out of trouble.Court Cost,repairs and lawyers put a big dent in his bank account.
