IN that situastion... I would think that anyone wanting that loader would be there to inspect it early enough that if parts were missing... it could be brought to the attention of the auctioneer and the lot regrouped. As far as I'm concerned... if someone buys the contents of the building, they buy the contents of the building. It's as much up to the seller to know what's being sold as it is to rely on the knowledge of the buyer. Do I buy the contents of the building only to have 100 people come looking for the parts of the things they need because the auctioneer didn't correctly group the pieces?
