My oldest brother got left at the shopping center when we went to town when we were kids. We were about 5 miles out of town before I could convince Mom that one of us was missing. I can still see his face when we pulled up to the store and he was sitting on the curb. He didn't start crying until he got in the car. One time I was cultivating beans about 5 miles from the house it got dark so I parked the 3010 by the road to wait for someone to pick me up.When I shut the tractor off I heard the hum of mosquitoes. I can't stay here. I cranked back up(miracle) and went back to plowing. Very bright moon lit night. About bed time Mom turned to Dad and asked "where's Ronnie?". All Dad would say when he picked Me up was "You sure got a lot done". I think I was about 12 or 13. Ron
