Traditional Farmer For us there is college football and then there is SEC football. Other teams from other conferences may win 10 to 12 games a year but who do they play. If you look at the 6 ranked SEC teams (LSU; South Carolina; Georgia; Florida; Texas A&M; Alabama) you will find that they only lost games during the year to other SEC teams. No one from any other conference beat them not even once.
And then both LSU and Florida got upset by non SEC teams in the bowl games. We call that a bad showing because no non SEC team should ever beat a SEC team. No way no how. Just look at Notre Dame. They won every game this year but when they finally play a SEC team they get run off the field. That game looked like boys playing on one team and men playing on the other team.
Yes we get teased about how bubba we are or our GPA but here in the deep south we are use to that. But we have to agree the SEC dominates college football.
