We had one of our company man get 2 speeding tickets in quick succession; he got the 3rd one a little while later for 30 MPH in a 25 MPH residential zone. Law enforcement suspended his license and informed the company.
The boss asked him how he would do his job if he couldn't drive; his answer was that his wife would drive him around his territory until he could get his license back. After one week of that, his wife said no more of that. He had to resign from the company and find another job.
