Awhile back I realized I hate payin speeding tickets, and it gets my blood pressure up, so for me, I just take my time anymore.
Waste alot of time, get places early and take a break in the parking lot, because I plan for delays.
We're in a world where we get impatient waiting on the microwave to warm food in a few seconds.
Anymore, it ain't worth my stress or health to rush around.
If I can't make it on time, I call ahead, but normally allot ample preparation, even for Murphy's Law. Just don't worry about it, and still get there on time. Love seein them folks pass me 20mph over the speed limit, then we sit at the same red light waiting to go. What's the point?
The only exception I have had recently is when rushing to ER with someone wounded.
Just don't understand why everybody's in such a hurry anymore, and don't know how to plan time appropriately.
I'm sure I'll get flamed for my response.
OH-and if somebody's in a big hurry, tailgating, I just pull over and let em on by. No worries.
Take care, Danny
