Only way I have had it work, is to cut a block of wood, as long as the repair section, drill a hole through the wood block, the size of the line. Cut the block in half, at the center of the hole, and you have 2 pieces to clamp together. Clean up the line, and stick a 500 watt heat magnet as close as possible, under the repair, if possible. Let it warm up good as it will, then mix up your JBweld, and coat the halves of the blocks, and clamp securely. I'd let it cure for at least 24 hrs, better would be 48.
