I'm just gonna throw out there that I bought a new set of tires for the Massey I've been restoring.. I had a pair of really nice used Goodyears, but they had a "shorter" sidewall, which would really throw the "rake" off on the tractor (which Masseys sit real high in the front anyhow I think, no need to make it worse)
I went with Akuret tires front and rear.. I thought the price was pretty fair on em, and the tread pattern (although not correct for a antique tractor) was a pattern that I liked a bit better than the BKT's. I don't have a picture handy, but I can snap ya one tomorrow if you'd like.. The price was also about $25 a tire cheaper (rears) than BKT's locally.
As for the size, our H has 12.4 Armstrong/Titans on the rear and 5.50-16's on the front, and it sits fairly level.. Still a little high in the front, but nothing obscenely higher I don't think.
