I have a granddaughter 2 yrs and a grand son 2 1/2 by my last 2 sons. when they are here visiting, they both love to go with grandpa, out to feed the cows. We let them pour a coffee can of ground corn thru the fence, into the feed bunk, for the 4 cows. then they want to climb on the hay in the barn. We stand guard so they don't fall, and get hurt, and they have a blast! They want grandpa to let them ride on the tractor, but I can't find a safe way to mount an extra seat, with belts, to one of them-(old Allis's) Maybe way down the road, it will happen, if they are still interested!
