when i was working i usually was awake before the alarm, 5:30am, and that included off day on sat. for some reason i would sleep until 6:30 or 7 on sunday with no alarm. been retired 1.5 years and swore that my habits would not change, shave every night up early, no daytime naps and sleep all night. well, as they say, the best laid plans of mice and men often go astray.
