It's been a while. I never knew of a torque for the pan bolts but I do know they strip out the transmission case real easy. Be sure to look at all the bolts to make sure they are the same length. When we stripped out a hole on the side of the pan we would put a longer bolt in. This was 10 years ago so they may be different now.
