Depends alot on the kindof miles, and the care that was taken of it. I've got a 7.3 with 260k on it that is gettin a bit tired. But i wasn't very nice to the poor thing when I was younger--if I was going anywhere, I was doin it at 80 mph. Tires would only last 15k and brakes would rarely make 20K. It's got it's 3rd auto trans behind it. Have another with 180k on it that runs as strong as it did 100,000 ago. BUT, I didn't drive it like it was stolen,and have been a little better about maintanence. (Funny what a few years of maturing will do to a fellars driving habits;-) It has it's 2nd auto trans, and I expect it to go at least another 150k before it needs replaced.
