Looks like a Wagner. Deere had them build some for them,sold some as a WA14 and WA17 if memory serves me right. I'm thinking they had some kind of exclusive deal with them so they couldn't sell any except as a Deere,then Deere came out with their own design in the 8010 and essentially put them out of business since they couldn't build anything else,and Deere had no more use for them.
