Many years ago, after my dad retired he started farming with horses. One year my brother and I were combining his oats with my brothers new 9500 JD combine and got stuck. Dad said he would get his horses. We were worried because we figured after a couple of fails and some messin around we would be REALLY stuck and in trouble. Dad brought his best team, 2 smaller belgians, and a cart I had made for him like the one in the video. He hooked it to the combine and said go. The horses tightened up the chain which pulled the cart off the ground just like the vid. Once the horses leaned into the harness the combine started moving . Had to move to the side once to get a better pull then out it came. My brother and I were shocked, but I can't remember seeing my dad so proud in my life. He immediately went home and drove to his friends house to tell him about it.
