Good story Jimmy! I was at a neighbor's retirement auction and watched a local guy buy a muzzle loader that the neighbor's grandfather had carried in the Civil War. $2200 was his winning bid. I figgered it might bring $300, but obviously I'm out of touch. Anyhow - I asked Doc later what his wife thought of his "new" rifle, and he said when he laid it on the couch she asked what he had to give for it and he replied, "22".
