I used my three point post hole digger this fall in my raised beds, dug till it quit digging then filled wit good compost and leveled back out. I have heavy black gumbo clay here and was having problems keeping the beds watered during the summer, so decided to see what would happen if I dug them out that way. Glad to hear other people think like I do sometimes.
