Do what I did. Quit. I had a boss that nobody could work for and the turnover was really high. I worked there exactly six months and two weeks. For six months he was a terrible boss and I gave him my two-week notice. For the next two weeks, he was the nicest boss you ever could imagine. On my last day, with about one more hour to go, he pulled me over and tried to get me to stay. I told him that there was no way I'd work for him any more. When he asked why, I politely told him that he was the worst boss that I ever had. He then said that it was how he had to be to run a successful business. I then told him that he obviously didn't have a successful business the last two weeks. He didn't say any more to me after that.
