: : : Does anyone have any suggestions for how to get a tractor out of a really steep, deep creek bed. Not that I know anyone with this problem, you understand. This is just sort of theoretical, be prepared stuff, ya know? : : pull your head out of your ass!!! If you can get it stuck you can by golly get it out if not call. My rates are $45 an hour and 1.15 per mile. sorry to be such an ass but if you cant run it dont fool with it. (or learn the hard way)... : Are you being a theoretical ass or are just playing one on the net ? Well, as you know, there's a difference between theory and practice. Actually I was hoping you would apply your intellect and experience to suggesting ways to actually get a theoretical tractor off a tree without it rolling over so it could be driven down the creek to a suitable place to build a ramp. Or at least use some of the considerable friendly humor I've seen from you elsewhere on this board to help me laugh about my 'theoretical' pickle. Do I ask so much?
