Once you are registered you will be able to do software upgrades through SyncMyRide.com The problem with doing the upgrade is that it takes about an hour to download and transfer to the vehicle and the vehicle has to be running all the time that the download is in progress. There are times when you think nothing is being downloaded but don't touch anything or the download will be ruined. Once you get the hang of the menu you will like it. BTW the current download is about 1.3 gigabyte and if you don't want to do it the dealer will do it for you and the vehicle must be left for about 4 hours.
