kruser: They are making this way harder than it is. So here goes some simpler instructions.
1) You DO NOT!!! have to use photo bucket or any other program to post pictures or captions. Photo bucket actually will mess with some computers and make them work slow. Mine is one of them.
2) You have to do the post on modern view. You can not put the caption with the picture on Classic view.
3) Do your post just like you alway do. Than add your first picture. Then preview the entire post. Then go back to your post. There will be an added line in your post. This line is the computer description of where your picture is stored on the YT web site. It will look like this ( [img]http://ytforums.ytmag.com/photos/15191.jpg[/img] ) If you write in front of this line the caption will appear above the picture. If you write your caption after this description line it will appear below your picture. You need to make sure and use paragraph breaks/spaces between your caption and your picture' address or the caption will read at the side of the picture rather than below or on top.
Think of it this way. The wording of the post is directions to the computer posting your post. You are just telling it the order you want things in. It is just that simple.
