I think Northern Plains is the breeder not the breed. They have a web site. Looks to me to be a Lab which Northern Plains Retrievers does breed. It may be a little short in the legs or the snow is deep. My little females litter had one short legged male. His body was the same size as the others but he was 2 pounds lighter. You wouldn't believe a 73 pound dog could turn corners like he could. I named him Sprout.
