Before things go to far you need to write the Governor, mayor, and any other burocrat that might have an opinion and DEMAND that they immediately ban lighters, especially the reliable flip top, 'windproof' kind, illegal. If the guy had only been able to buy matches, instead of those pesky lighters, he wouldn't have been able to burn down the apartment......... Yea, I'm being a smart a$$, and this is crazy I know. Saddly, like a man told me once, when faced with 'crazy' you often have to take it at least one step further to get past the craziness......Kind of like two negatives make a positive I guess.....
