Twice that I can remember. Once in high school I was sliding the tub with all the basketballs across the floor to the equip room. I was bent over sliding it behind me running top speed. I went through the gap in the gym dividing tarp just as someone else was bringing a table through from the other side. WHAM! Second time was hand loading a trailer with straw bales. My cousin was throwing bales down and one bale hit me in the head slamming it in to the side of the trailer.
