Don't wait. Go now. You could have a fracture of the part of the jawbone that supports the teeth. I have seen a few workmans comp cases like this from the local car dealerships. The upper jaw is part of the structure that supports the floor of the eye socket and the base of the skull. Not a good area to take chances with. A panoramic film should tell the tale, but the Doc may want single films in that area too because they show better detail.
