BC, already been to Amazon. Other than some used batteries that may be Sony and get me back into the used deal, most of them are knockoffs, copies, not Sony brand. And the ones claiming to be by Sony don't look like Sonys and have a different voltage rating, 7.4 v instead of 7.2 like the batt I have now. And I still don't know about the micro chip thing.
