I have a few like that in my extended family also. I put my foot down a number of years ago. They are not allowed on my property and I don't attend events when they're present. It caused alot of feelings at first, but I stood my ground. Most everybody is over it now and my family and property are safer. As far as your sister goes, SHE made that choice. You can't protect her at your expense.
