I ran a bus tour around some collections in England on our way to and back from our club's Annual General Meeting. The meeting this year was held in Devon, England. I have posted pictures of day one earlier. Day 2 we stopped at a collection called Oakham Treasures in Gloustershire. If any of you ever get to England ...do try to visit this place, it is one man's collection and it is absolutely magnificent.He has collected everything from a needle to an anchor! I took over 100 photos to show the folks back home. this is only a snippet, but you may find it interesting.....The last photo is of the owner's house. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation. They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity". After a few paragraphs I usually close the book and go back to banging out dents.
