Hi Chuck, I have to sleep on the floor with my legs up on the couch to get any relief at all,probably been three weeks since I had a decent nights sleep, I go to bed around 10pm and am awake by 1am with muscle spasms that would put me on the floor if I were not already there.Vicodin and ibuprofen barely take the edge off sometimes.Funny thing is I somehow am able to drive a forklift for 8hrs. a day with barely a problem.
