Dang it was cold yesterday
But seriously it has been a mild winter (only turned on the light in my well pump house once this year and it turned out I did not even need it that night) And it has been a cooler than normal spring (losing some of my fruit tree blossoms to a late frost) But all of this has created a great strawberry crop. Have been picking berries since early to mid February. They would hold out a few more weeks if this cool weather continues but I am about to dig them up because I need the ground for summer crops.
