Almost have the IRS convinced they made a $68,500.00 mistake in my income for 2011, and I don't owe over $20,000.00 in back taxes. Today my wife was looking over our credit card expenses. She found soneone has hacked into my card number and has been spending my money for them selves. I got the card cancelled. The bank says they will return the money into my account (I hope) Who payes for this if they return money back into my account? How can these bottom feeders use my card number without my card, or ID. I still have my card. Disgusted in Califounia. Stan
