thats just in the next town from me, its actually a good thing, in spite of having a race track in the town in the opposite direction from me, "horse' is a bad word these days, they eat, and need care and vet visits, and that costs money a lot of folks just dont have today, many of these folks are turning their horses out, either on range land, or up in the forest areas, as there is a wild horse heard up there, ive seen it twice in 40 years,and both times at daybreak and at above 8,000 feet on the mountain, there very cagy and stay hidden, they also have a vast area to roam in, but people dont realize that a horse that is raised domestically does not have the skills to live in the wild and usually starves to death , better there is a plant to take care of them
