They're in the process of reorganizing the categories.
I know it's tough for people not in the business to understand but it has to be done from time to time to keep things from getting too out of hand. It is not "change for the sake of change," it's so you will be able to find what you're looking for in the future.
Ebay used to be one giant category. People crabbed up a storm when they split it into categories the first time, and people will crab up a storm every time it happens in the future... It's really a minor inconvenience, and if it's the worst thing that's happened to you recently you've got a darned good life.
All you have to do is find the new category and everything will be the same as before. Here's what I do when it happens:
1. I search for something I *know* will be in the category I am looking for.
