OK two years back or so wife was using the riding mower and mowing a slope and starved the mower for oil bricking the engine. Found another mower used, but in pretty decent shape on CL (Cub Cadet 1525). Fast Forward to today and she is mowing the same slope and guess what...
Engine is a Kawasaki FH430V which must be a decent piece of machinery for the price I see replacements going at (upwards of $1000). Are small engines like this made to standard dimensions? Don't really have time right now for this kind of thing, but sure hate to just run out and pick up yet another mower.
Think I am going to move a fence so the slope in question becomes part of the pasture.
