Bryce, the John Deere parts lookup site has the parts book on line for free looking up and the book is PC 153 and is for the 20 and M20 C.M. Power mower (John Deere Models 40, 40 standard, M and MT tractors) Go there and print out the book and it will show you all the parts in the complete mower including all mounts for the different tractors it should fit. I would guess but it is only a guess that the book was made before the models 420 - 430 & 320 - 330 were out so I would guess that it also fits them.
