I bought a new laptop last Dec when my other XP laptop went on the fritz. It has windows 8 on it and I have hated it ever since. I have downloaded Classic Shell to bring back the start button but I still have trouble navigating around it. I have heard that Windows 8.1 brings back the start button but that it takes you right back to the windows 8 screen anyway. It's a piece of junk and I hope Microsoft goes bankrupt because of it.
