I figure since they sell a lot of those 15 to 50 gallon sprayers someone has had the fimco pump start leaking?
Have the 12v..1.0 gpm..35 psi..4 amp pump..around 60 bucks new..
Started leaking at the middle..opened it up, nothing special one side is the motor, the other the valve body..opened that up and looks ok..no cracks or evidence of water freezing inside..
Turn it on and it runs..puts out a pretty good stream considering it is pouring out of the pump to..What I am wondering about is the pressure valve..the one that shuts off the pump when you release the trigger? It seems to work intermittently..wonder if that is putting too much pressure inside the pump...big O' ring between the halves looks ok..
