If all springs are in place when bale reaches preset diameter the twine mechanism unlatches and allows pressure to be applied to belt thus causing pump to turn creating pressure to move twine arm. When twine arm goes fully right a mechanism shift hyd valve to cause twine arm to move back left. When tying cycle is complete and bale ejected twine mechanism is intended to reset when gate is closed relieving pressure on twine pump belt and shifting hyd valve the opposite direction(if valve isn't sticking from dirt/rust).
