Check needle height under baler when needles are in home position. I bet the tip of the RH needle is even to above the wire that goes between the frt & rear wire guides that bolt to bottom of bale case that needle tip is on each side of guide. If RH needle is too high lengthen the rod(a little) that attaches to needle frame on LH side to lower needles.
