It will stunt the corn, wilt the plant, and slow the growth for a few days. It will usually come back though. Its better to use drop nossels and not hit the leafs on the corn. It doesn't bother the corn if you just hit the stalk and not the leafs of the plant. I use it on Indian and sweet corn. I hand spray it when it gets about knee high and just hit the bottom of the stalk.
