Malone is getting real modern!! They used to say Malone was stuck in the 50's but now I think we have jumped the 60's and went right into the groovy 70's.
I know a lot of OGS guys but I am not sure if I met Mark. They have shrunk a lot over the years.. They used to truck food, supplies and the like but most of that is now done by outside vendors.
Me and my boys watched the watertower go up for Upstate (I was a supervisor in Bare Hill) with great interest however I never set foot in the place.
An interesting note on that project was when the pipeline was laid between the two some kind of snafu happened by either the village or a contractor and personally I had green grass pieces coming out of my bathreeom sink for a few days. Pipe not flushed or something they say.
