I have a 1997 Cavalier that developed missing when taking off from a stop. I replaced many of the things mentioned by you and others. Mine was also using more gas than it should have. The culprit turned out to be the fuel pressure regulator had gone bad. It's not to hard to replace and is not all that expensive. Mine ran great after that. Just another place to look for a possible solution.
