Back home in NE Mo. it was the "blacktop your driveway" scam, (because we are in the area). My father in law, and several other locals fell for it. Up front price was for 4 inches of asphalt. They fail to disclose that is the pre-rolled thickness. All said and done, he had an 1 1/2 of blacktop, with grass growing through the cracks. He did say the funny sight was the two 300# fat guys riding the back of the machine, to keep it mashed down even further!

While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery.
