I have a Case IH 885 with cab and A/C. I haven't had it very long and when we started cutting hay this season it started getting hot. I hooked a 9 ft Kuhn on a hay caddy and after about 2 hours it would run hot. I have replaced the heat sensor, flushed the engine with radiator flush and taken out the thermostat. This week I replaced the radiator and now it will get hot in about 30 min with just driving. When it got hot this week, the gauge showed almost to the red but I could put my hand on the radiator cap and it was warm, not hot. My next objective is to place another temp gauge on the tractor to see what the reading is. Any suggestions?
