Had Dish Network for many years. Switched to DirecTV due to very poor Dish customer service. I'd say DTV customer service is better than Dish, while quality of the reception and programming is about the same. Both are quite expensive once you're out of the introductory pricing.
We just bought a new HD TV and I need to do something. I may just pull the plug for a while and go with local broadcast. It's infuriating that HD on broadcast is free, but the satellite services charge a premium for HD.
