We had one, Jack (jumping jack), that went out and didn't come back for 6 days. We found him under an abandoned house a short distance away. He was pretty beat up and was hard to coax him out. We got him all patched up but he was never the same after the attack. Before the attack he would meet people at the door and after he would go running to get under the bed every time the bell rang. He could jump from the floor to the top of the kitchen upper cabinets and he loved meringue pie topping.
