crazy is right. Hickman Co. had hot sun, terrific T-storm, bright sun this afternoon. TDOT was cleaning ditches & dumped 2 loads of dirt in a big hole in the pasture. Tandem trucks had just come up out of the steep grassy slope when downpour came. Close timing.
