Yeah, we've had poor performance this summer too. Blaming it on lack of maintenance on the part of the provider, overloading of the system, changes in level of service (4G takes more data, etc.) Have had several issues which prompted me to call provider. Usually, they will call up the tower in question, check the performance, (sometimes it is compromised), and then they want you to shut down your cell phone, and restart it. But, yes, our service is less than optimal. And we can see the tower form our back yard. Daughter lives in town, 3 blocks from water tower where the antennas are located. She's been having more than her share of issues.
