I never have too much worry about nieghbours coming to borrow stuff from me. They would all call my equipment junk, as for the most part,it is older stuff. And that is just fine with me, and any of my equipment that people might want to borrow, I would probably be in need of that piece at that time too. I don't do custom work, and I don't borrow. If I need to, I hire someone in with thier equipment, but I hate buying equipment for them... so I go out an hunt down my own.
