Go to your local supermarkets and see if you can supply them directly. Larger chains used to require you to go through a broker or wholesaler, but now many will buy direct in order to get the local product. Locally grown, non-Styrofoam strawberries are one of the few items that will sell very fast in a supermarket, at premium price. Make SURE you grow a variety that stresses flavor and juiciness, not shelf life. California sells shelf life, and frankly, I'd rather do without.
Large grower here also has roadside stands in several towns- they sell out every day, often to the people already in line when they open the stand. They open at 9:30 AM (after bringing berries picked yesterday from their farm 60 miles away), and I've never seen them open past noon, unless they can get re-supplied later in the morning.
Probably the last choice is a wholesale buyer, and so many come out of California and Chile that it may be a real problem to come up with a market.
